ICCR to showcase Bihar’s art and crafts to the world
The Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR) has agreed to showcase Bihar’s soft power, especially handicrafts and ethnic arts to the world. Bihar’s Art, Culture and Youth Department is scheduled to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the ICCR in this regard.
