Several states have introduced sweeping changes to labour laws. A number of laws related to labour protection have been diluted. Will such changes help in attracting capital required to set up industries and create jobs.

About Pratyush Kumar Singh

Pratyush Kumar Singh is a Partner with Tatva Legal Hyderabad. He practices in the areas of corporate and commercial laws and employment / labour laws. His practice focuses both on general corporate counselling/advisory and transactional advisory. Pratyush has extensive experience in advising clients in setting up of operations and business, structuring and drafting of transaction documents, strategic joint ventures, licensing and procurement, outsourcing and services arrangements, and operation of information technology-based businesses and services.

Pratyush also advises on a broad range of employment law matters. He has particular expertise and experience in the areas of workforce restructuring, the optimization of employee benefits, employment issues relating to business re-organizations (outsourcing and M&A), the employment of directors and executives, and multi-jurisdictional employment matters.
Pratyush has industry specific experience in the areas of information technology, infrastructure, mining, education, non-banking financial and insurance sectors, retirement solutions and pharmaceuticals.
Pratyush graduated with a BSL, LLB degree from ILS Law College, Pune in the year 2006. He also holds a diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from WIPO and Consumer Protection Laws from Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Pune.
